We wanted to let you know that demand in the industry has been larger during this weeks and some lack of stock or delays in shipment of materials affect our current production capacity.
Turnaround times are based on business-days and do not include weekends or observed holidays. These times also assume that submitted artwork does not have quality issues or concerns.

Turnaround times can change at any moment accordingly to the volume of orders on queue for production.
"Need It Sooner?"
Due to the high demand we have limited spots for Rush Orders and they are filled up in a "first-come first serve" basis on fully placed orders.
We may not be able to offer Rush Service if the material is not available for quick fulfillment or expedite shipping.
We are experiencing a high demand of custom design orders that we need to create the set-up or image(s) from scratch, this demand has been adding days to the turnaround times vs the orders that have the artwork ready to print.
Do you know anyone that want to do an internship with us at the design department? We are looking for them and it will include some monetary compensation according to the results. We require knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
•ESTIMATES AND E-MAIL/TEXT RESPONSE TIME
The increase demand on "Retail" or small orders request resulted on a huge volume of e-mails, texts and calls asking for estimates or inquiries about or services.
We discontinued the estimates and/or placement of orders via text message and left that contact form to exclusively quick updates of current orders.
We are doing our best to respond to all the inquiries as soon as possible, you may see a delay in responses but we are taking seriously each one of the messages and working to get back to each one of them. If the order is time sensitive please indicate so at the subject of the email.
